At this point, you officially become a G6 Concepts client.

With the proposal accepted, you gain access to the G6 Client Portal, your central information hub.

Here you’ll find checklists, tip sheets, welcome and onboarding and FAQs.

We guide you through our trusted suppliers to choose your fixtures, fittings, and finishes.

Every choice is documented so there are no surprises later.

Measurements, layouts, and final details are confirmed during this stage.

Behind the scenes, our team prepares every detail to ensure your renovation runs smoothly.

Licensed and insured specialists carry out each stage, from plumbing and electrical to tiling and joinery.

You’ll receive regular progress updates and communication.

We conduct on-site walkthroughs at key milestones so you’re always informed.

Our team maintains a clean, safe, and respectful work environment throughout.

Once complete, we walk you through your newly finished spaces to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

A professional clean is carried out, and any touch-ups are finalised.

All structural and waterproofing works are backed by our 10-year warranty.

If a product issue arises down the track, we assist with warranty claims as part of our aftercare support.
